A brand identity for Therrahelp, a teletherapy platform
Therrahelp is a modern teletherapy platform on a mission to make affordable, tailor-fit psychotherapy accessible to underserved communities across the U.S. and Canada. We crafted the brand identity from the ground up.
The challenge
Design a brand that feels warm, trustworthy and human, yet modern and digital-first — for a teletherapy platform competing in a crowded mental health space. The identity had to flex across product, social, stationery and out-of-home.
Our approach
We built the identity around a custom logomark — an abstract ‘T’ whose negative space forms a heart, with curved ends that read as soft petals, symbolising care, growth and healing. We paired a vibrant electric blue with a bright lime green to balance trust and vitality, set in Rubik for a clean, contemporary voice.
The outcome
Therrahelp launched with a confident, cohesive identity that scales from app to billboard, giving the team a brand they can grow into.
